I called to schedule a recall appointment for the air bags on my 2013 Mustang. In 15 minutes I received a text asking if someone could call. I said yes and before I sat the phone down a sales person was calling wanting to sell me a new car! Very annoying and rude. I went to the appointment and they changed my air bags, now I have two noises coming from the dash! I also ask them to check my rear sway bar bushings while I was there. We are happy with the truck we got, But not at all with the service. I have never seen so many people running around doing nothing but talking and smoking after 5 hours of sitting there waiting on everything to be finalized only to have the only person that was trying to do her job.
