Friendly, knowledgeable just all around hometown good guys. Of course Ford is the only option for me. Great service Dept. Care I think best describes those folks.
Terrible service department. Had an appointment at 9am for a rotor change that takes 2 hours and didn’t get the car back til 3:30pm. They also drove my car recklessly so everything that was in the back seat was ended up in the floor when I got the car back. I’ve had the car for 3 weeks and they made me pay $280 for the rotor change because rotors are a “luxury” and not a “necessity.” Absolute disgrace of a company.

Gary here at Todd Judy Ford in Huntington has set with us over 4 hours just to get me a car! I have been trying to get a car over 3 years now no one has approved me. I own my own cleaning business so that's also another problem for me to be approved for a car. This man here got me the dream car I wanted! Thank you so much very happy person feeling so blessed!
