Had a great experience there. Was very helpful and made the process easy and quick. Just wanna say thank you to the credit cowboy for helping me out.
Took my car there to have some body work and to have the battery checked. Had a couple of problems with both departments, they were quick to setttle to and rectify the problem, but from what I have seen no change from when it was Turnpike Ford. Just different people.
The first week the car leaks, ask for another one they said NO! They said they fix it the Second time it leaks now they say it is fix. Ask again for another car answer was rude and said No So I’m stuck with a lemon when it happens again. No help unprofessional never had such a bad deal. The kids that clean your car takes it out with the ungodly music playing loud. We don’t like the car have told them many times. They said I’m stuck with an over priced leaking car. Todd or Judy think you can help?
I had a noise issue on my new Ford F-150 since the day I drove it off the lot. I knew the problem was in the drive train, but their technicians where trying to blame the tires, tonneau cover and bug shield. I had already replaced the tires within the first 500 miles and the tonneau cover and bug shield weren't even installed when I first bought the vehicle. The service center needs revamped! Never in my life have I tried to get service and was put off by the department, with excuses that don’t fly. When this service center was Turnpike it was the best service center around! Now it’s terrible and I feel that it is the owner that is causing it. Poor leadership, trickles down to poor customer service, as I have seen with Todd Judy Ford! If you can’t do any better as a dealership, it’s time to sell and let someone else take over!
