I bought my Nissan Qashqai from Yeomans Nissan in October. I received excellent service from Katrina who instantly welcomed me into the showroom and was really friendly and knowledgable. It was a complete contrast to another dealership in Plymouth which I'd previously been to that day where I'd basically been ignored. Katrina made me feel at ease, accompanied me on a test drive and even went to the extent of personally delivering the car to my address an hour away from Plymouth. Would highly recommend!

Was caring towards my disability and went out of her way to help me, even offered to drive my old car over to the nearest car park as I would've been unable to walk back to drive the new car away. I had the trainee Katrina serve me with my brand new nissan. She will go very far with nissan as she answered all my questions and attended to all my needs without any question. Such a lovely service by all the staff involved but Katrina , thankyou I've never felt more welcome. And the hot chocolate was banging and enjoyed by all lol
