Dr Mortimer is an outstanding doctor. The reception team are also really lovely and go above and beyond always. Thank you team!
Why is it you cannot see a Dr but can see a nurse for a blood test ?. Are nurses expendable ? Additionally why are the Drs at this surgery still refusing to see patients when an NHS letter was sent to all surgeries in May 2021, stating that they MUST offer all patients a face to face appointment, I will take this further & investigate….myself & others included need a face to face appointment particularly as people need to be examined. Shocking & very poor service.
