Had a loft conversion with ATR properties in Leeds. This is the building control they use. For me they've been absolutely terrible for several reasons. They sent me a reminder email for payment telling me it must be paid urgently. This led me to contact ATR because it was the first time I'd even heard of YDBC. Although it took a little while to come through, I've received a Final Certificate for my new roof and windows for my conservatory. The inspection and confirmation etc was carried out very efficiently by ydbc and it's reassuring to know that they have approved the work carried out. Thanks very much
