A huge shout-out to Mikaere from the YD Bayfair branch! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping us find colours that suited my fiance's skin tone. He never left us for even a minute! He was so hands-on, patient, and made us feel so special throughout the whole experience. His employers are truly lucky to have someone like him on their team. Today we went to yd Mount Maunganui and purchased a semi formal wedding outfit for my husband, we were served by Mikaere and he was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, gave expert advice, friendly and just generally a fantastic sales person. We would highly recommend visiting the store for all occasions and hopefully you will be lucky enough to be served by Mikaere!
