We've had Brian as our technician for maybe close to 7 years now, I think, and it's been such an easy process. We have our termite warranty through them and there's never been any issue of giving them a call and asking them to treat inside on the rare occasions we see (GASP!) spiders inside. We've had wonderful service from them since we moved to the area in 2011. Zero problems whatsoever.
The service is effective...My exterminator is Joel...he is very knowledgeable and very thorough...I have no regrets for choosing YATES ASTRO...
