We have the pest control service and are very happy with it.
Yates-Astro has been our pest control provider for over 2 years, and I believe the previous owners used them to service our home. They are always on time for scheduled appts and do the service in a timely manner. The technicians are polite, friendly and respectful. If I see pests in between service visits, I only need to call them and they will come by to spray or take care of the problem right away, no charge.
We had our first visit yesterday (Brian) and he showed up right on time, was friendly and very explanatory. The job he did inside and outside of our house was very thorough and we are pleased! Will definitely recommend to others!
We just moved into a new home/new construction, we had Yates take care of our bug and spider issue...

John is our Astro man and he is always friendly and completes the work a timely fashion. He is always willing to complete our requests.
As a Richmond Hill new resident, it’s been quite the journey getting acquainted with all new suppliers. Yates-Astro is one that we are very pleased that our builder recommended. Josh, our technician is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I found it a little unusual to receive the invoice before the service is done, but we’ve found that in almost all cases here which I guess we’ll just have to get accustomed to.
Quick response, took care of the problem very quick. I would highly recommend Yates for any bug problem you have
