Only been a customer for three months. So far, so good. I am notified when our tech is on the way. He stops to ask abt any problems we may be having. Very good customer service.
I’ve been using Yates-Astro for 5 years. They are efficient and their tech specialists are thorough and experienced. They are here when they say they will. I’ve never had one problem with them.
Communicate well, come when they say they are, and listen to my concerns and address them. Pests kept at bay by their expertise so no problems here thankfully. Their home technicians are clean cut and neat and you do not mind them in your home. I give Yates-Astro a top score for what they do because they do it well.
I always get a 24 hour notice and each time I get asked if I’m having any bug issues. I really appreciate that. If I’m not home during their visit, I can count on receiving information on my receipt. We are planning on moving soon, but will definitely hire Yates-Astro for our new home, too.

I’ve been a customer with Yates for over 9 years- never had a complaint. Always had the same technician and he is kind, prompt, and helpful. Only had to have them come into the house to spray one time after their initial spray... once in 9 years and no bug issues! They are affordable as well!
Quick and easy service. Products work great to rid my home of bugs and critters.
They do a good job. They are neat and courteous and always punctual.
