We have always had good service from our technician Jay! He comes to our house to treat as scheduled and has resolved some stubborn bug problems for us. He offers advice to us on how to better control bugs in difficult areas to treat. Being from the north I would not live in Savannah without having Yates to keep my house bug free!!

I have used Yates Astro for three years now. Chris Rowell has made doing business with Yates an enjoyable experience. Very knowledgeable & professional to say the least. I have used other companies in the past, and none have ever compared to the service I receive here!
I have used Yates Astro since moving to Georgetown 13 years ago. Same guy every time which makes me feel comfortable instead of a different person every time. He calls the night before he is coming to see if I need the inside of my house treated and sets up a time that is convenient to me. I have never had a bug problem.
