This company is a scam. I've locked my credit card. I thought I was buying 2 garments from Smith Melbourne at their shop was closing down. Total fraud. They tried to add a second random $$ to my card before I realised I'd been scammed. Criminals.
They are scammers. The add was something like shop Wellington which is a place a New Zealand. I liked a bag and I ordered. Then when I checked my account details an amount of NZ$50 was deducted and another amount of $62. I contacted them immediately after the order that I would like to cancel my order as I ordered thinking that the shop is in Wellington. Oplichters
I had a nasty experience where I ordered a vacuum seal. I entered my bank card details and R135 was reserved and later deducted from my bank account. Later another amount of R290 was deducted (which according to them is for a subscription). When I chatted to them they did not have any record of my purchase. Thus I felt defrauded. I had to cancel my bank card to prevent any more fraudulent transactions. Very disappointed. Please people be careful of this company!!!
