Worst Terrible service ever, sharp sales tactics, rude staff, poor quality faulty product, bad customer services, Teodor ( director) wont even take my calls. Hiding behind Silvia who recites small print like she has done it a thousand times. 105 day trial is misleading as you only have 35 days and they then only a replacement and the a 3rd mattress and then you have to pay the carriage, In my case having persisted with with an uncomfortable mattress from the start, I am now being told I should have complained earlier even th... read more
