My visit went very smoothly wth no complications and good follow-up. Dr. Madalla communicates well with patients and seems very knowledgeable and competent to this lay person.

Love Dr. Maddala! She has an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable when I went in for my colonoscopy.
Dr. Maddala’s is one of most experienced Gastroenterologist of DFW area. Her diagnosis and treatment is accurate. She is also very compassionate. It’s easy to contact her office and quick replies from her medical assistants. I will highly recommend her for any gastroenterology related issues.
I recently got my colonoscopy done by Dr. Maddala and I was very impressed by their service and wonderful staff members. I highly recommand this Facility and Dr. Maddala.
Dr. Maddala is just amazing. She went above and beyond to make my health a priority. She personally called me on a holiday weekend to discuss my health plan. On the day of my procedure, she was so calming, let me know exactly every step about my procedure, and what to expect afterwards. Only reason I’m giving her 2 stars is because the one time I met with her she was wonderful but since it’s been beyond frustrating dealing with her office and staff. Can’t get a call back, been waiting for biopsy results and being pushed off and given excuses. However had unpaid and went to a follow up appointment then I could’ve gotten my results promptly. Dr. Maddala is fantastic! Professional, personable & knowledgeable. Dr. Maddala is an excellent physician. The lowered score reflect admn mgmt systems around the Dr. Maddala, which makes the overall experience stressful. Dr. Maddala’s staff needs to return phone calls the following day, as stated per DHAT greetings menu.
