Dr. Maddala ,Sissy Varghese, and the staff are amazing. The front welcomed me right away and I didn't have to wait long before they took me back. It was my first colonoscopy and everyone at the surgery center was very professional and thorough with me during my entire visit. Dr. Maddala was very kind, professional and explained everything to me right away and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I left my gastroenterologist of 20 years because I felt he dismissed my concerns after his having to face the fact that he did misdiagnose my chronic pancreatitis. Frustrated, I came to Dr. Maddala on the recommendation of my neighbor. She and her dad were both Dr. Maddala’s patients. I’ve been living in TX for 11 years. Dr Maddala is the 1st and only Dr to spend a great amount of time with me. She understood all my issues and gave me answers I never heard from the 2 prior gastroenterologists I have seen in the past. She is an extremely informative, patient and pleasant person. Dr Maddala was very patient and gave me a great deal of time. She listened closely to me and moved quickly to assist with my situation. I highly recommend her.
Dr Maddala has been taking care of me for more than a few years. She is warm, gracious and brilliant. She knows just the right thing to do to help you through your problems. I feel she has given me back my quality of life to resume my normal activities. She is also excellent with all endoscopy procedures.
Dr. Maddala and Sissy are both wonderful. They take their time to listen and understand.
