Dr. Maddala has been a no show to three appointments. After this third time, I will be seeking a new doctor. The office staff is rude.
My husband was recommended Dr. Maddala by our GP. Here's where I give her office/her a failing grade? We have fired her as our DR. 1. Very difficult to reach a person. 2. Do not express a sense of urgency for what feels urgent to patient. 3. Blaming us on communication failures. 4. You know when you call a number and get put on hold, then you wait on the line for 30 minutes and a person comes on who says they are transferring you and then the line drops. Dr Maddala has cared for my digestive problems for many years now. I appreciate that she will always take time to listen to what is going on. I am feeling fitter and better now than ever before (I’m 63).
Dr. Maddala is attentive to my concerns and focused on finding the underlying issues so effective treatment can be prescribed. She listens and is thorough and trusts her patients description of complaints without broadly categorizing or generalizing a treatment.
By far the best gastroenterologist in the area. Very caring, kind and knowledgable.
Dr. Maddala ,Sissy Varghese, and the staff are amazing. The front welcomed me right away and I didn't have to wait long before they took me back. It was my first colonoscopy and everyone at the surgery center was very professional and thorough with me during my entire visit. Dr. Maddala was very kind, professional and explained everything to me right away and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I left my gastroenterologist of 20 years because I felt he dismissed my concerns after his having to face the fact that he did misdiagnose my chronic pancreatitis. Frustrated, I came to Dr. Maddala on the recommendation of my neighbor. She and her dad were both Dr. Maddala’s patients.
