Every call to this office involves a long wait on hold (with an annoyingly loud music system) with getting routed to voicemail after the wait. To set-up an appointment meant multiple voice mails and calls back. When I finally got in for a required appointment, I was in the office for 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting to see the doctor for no more than 4 minutes where only basic questions were asked that could have been taken care of in a phone call. Dr Maddala is my hero. After dealing with colitis and the severe disabilities that come with this condition, and seeing two other GI physicians, she was the one to finally get to the source and proper treatment. I have my life back! Thank you Dr Maddala!!!!

Dr. Maddala is very knowledgeable in her field. We have been going to her for about 8 years and are very satisfied with the care we have gotten. She spends a lot of time explaining and answering questions. We highly recommend her.
Dr Maddala and her staff are truly the best in town. They have the best bedside manner and provide the best compassionate care. Having to see any physician is stressful and can be overwhelming when you are ill, but Dr Maddala took the time to listen to me and understand what my concerns were. I feel like she saved my life.
