Fabulous experience and a focused care
Dr. Maddala saw me after another GI doctor told me I was fine and needed to buy his medicine that only he sold. He said I for sure had nothing wrong with me, but my symptoms would be cured. Dr. Maddala took time to ask a ton of questions, feel on my tummy, and knew immediately she needed some tests of my small intestine, which the other doctor DID NOT DO. My results came back inflamed and horrible looking through endoscopy. We are currently running more tests now, to find out exactly what I have and how to get relief. I will... read more
Dr. Maddala is top notch! I cannot say enough good about her. She has an impeccable bedside manner and really listens. Very thankful to have found her and have her as my doctor!

Dr. Maddala has been a no show to three appointments. After this third time, I will be seeking a new doctor. The office staff is rude.
My husband was recommended Dr. Maddala by our GP. Here's where I give her office/her a failing grade? We have fired her as our DR. 1. Very difficult to reach a person. 2. Do not express a sense of urgency for what feels urgent to patient. 3. Blaming us on communication failures. 4. You know when you call a number and get put on hold, then you wait on the line for 30 minutes and a person comes on who says they are transferring you and then the line drops. Dr Maddala has cared for my digestive problems for many years now. I appreciate that she will always take time to listen to what is going on. I am feeling fitter and better now than ever before (I’m 63).
Dr. Maddala is attentive to my concerns and focused on finding the underlying issues so effective treatment can be prescribed. She listens and is thorough and trusts her patients description of complaints without broadly categorizing or generalizing a treatment.
By far the best gastroenterologist in the area. Very caring, kind and knowledgable.
