Dr Maddala was prompt, easy to talk with, & quickly assessed what needs to be done. I feel confident that she will help me.
I’ve been living in TX for 11 years. Dr Maddala is the 1st and only Dr to spend a great amount of time with me. She understood all my issues and gave me answers I never heard from the 2 prior gastroenterologists I have seen in the past. She is an extremely informative, patient and pleasant person. Dr Maddala has been taking care of me for more than a few years. She is warm, gracious and brilliant. She knows just the right thing to do to help you through your problems. I feel she has given me back my quality of life to resume my normal activities. She is also excellent with all endoscopy procedures.

Dr. Maddala is one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians I know. As a nurse practitioner, I would not trust anyone more than I trust her with my patients.
I had an appt with Dr Maddala on Friday (4/19/19). When I arrived, the receptionist said they had a scheduling issue, and that I need to call and reschedule another appt. This is after I confirmed the day before via her text message system. They could have easily called me before I drove 30 minutes out to the Proper office. They never offered an apology for their mistake. I’ll find another doctor that takes customer service seriously.
