I visited Dr. Maddala today for the first time and was very pleased with the friendly customer service from the front office staff, the scheduler, and Dr. Maddala herself. Having a new medical condition can be scary, but Dr. Maddala made me feel like I was talking to a friend about my condition. I appreciate the support and professional service I received.

Everyone is nervous about this procedure to begin with. The office staff was very friendly. The nurses were friendly and made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. Meet Dr. Maddala and her assistant. Asked if I had any questions. The anesthesiologist was also very sweet and talked to me to see if I had any questions. They all made my experience much easier which made my day calmer and Okay. Thank you!
The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable, taken care of, and relaxed for my colonoscopy. I highly recommend this doctor and her practice. I will be back for my next screening.
Staff were extremely nice and profession, will be using them next time I need to have a procedure.
