I had my first ever colonoscopy by Dr. Maddala, so I was a little nervous. Every staff member that I encountered from checking in to my post op care was amazing! They answered all my questions and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend Digestive Health Associates.
The friendly and helpful staff stood out immediately to me, especially since they were working on a very frigid day which was also a holiday for many. Dr. Maddala was very thorough and explained everything perfectly.
The whole visit they made you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Madalla is a knowledgeable caring physician. She explains and answers questions well and in a way I can understand.
Everything went as expected. Superb service.
In early December, my wife went to the doctor who ordered a number of blood tests. The nurse called her when the results came in and said the doctor wanted to repeat the tests in three months. My wife was concerned about a couple of results and asked the nurse to explain them, but the nurse was unable to provide a satisfactory answer. Dr. Maddala was on time and was very friendly! She explained the procedure and made sure I had no questions before beginning and again before I left. It was as quick and painless as possible.
Dr. Maddala provided excellent patient care and took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure and follow-up care.
Great overall experience from all staff members. The procedure is much easier than the thoughts men have. The most difficult aspect is preparation the day before. Dr. Maddala is very personable and genuine.
