I had a great experience. The nurses were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable and helped me feel less nervous prior to the procedure. Dr. Maddala was wonderful. She explained everything to me in a way that any lay person can understand, unlike some other doctors who uses medical jargons and expect their patients to know what they are.

I saw Dr Maddala today for a routine colonoscopy. This was my first time visiting her practice and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The person at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very friendly and efficient. Karen, the nurse who accompanied me through all the preparation was personable, professional and proficient. My visit was very pleasant, friendly, polite and respectful. They showed that there concern about my procedure because I was somewhat nervous. I ask for prayer one of the came back prayed for which cause my anxiety to go away. I thank God for her.
