It was easy to get an appointment with her. The new office is beautiful and comfortable. I saw her 10 years ago for a procedure. I trust her 100%!!
The facility and staff were calming and caring. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.
The entire experience from the receptionist at the surgical center, to the nurse who greeted me and put in my IV, to the CRNA who made me feel at ease, and to Dr. Maddala was wonderful. This was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous about the entire process. Everyone there was professional and really made me feel comfortable.
All staff members were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr. Maddala is also good-natured, friendly, and efficient. I feel she has my best interests at heart.
The Methodist Surgical Center in McKinney was close, modern and filled the need. Dr. Maddala and her team were outstanding. While no one wants a Colonoscopy and the lead up to the procedure is no fun, the procedure itself was quick and painless.
All the staff is great and Dr. Maddala is wonderful, very personable, knowledgeable and explains everything that she will be doing or does.
Dr. Maddala and her entire team provided excellent care.

Hate getting acolonoscopy, but love Dr Madala and her staff. They make a dreaded test easier to deal with from beginning to end.
