Waited 65 minutes before last appointment. Back office team didn’t schedule procedure as discussed, had to follow up. Quoted 5+ different costs. Net-net walked away unable to get care with expected costs.

The entire experience from the receptionist at the surgical center, to the nurse who greeted me and put in my IV, to the CRNA who made me feel at ease, and to Dr. Maddala was wonderful.
