Very nice hospital..but they need to improve their parking arrangements. My daughter delivered our first grandson. The care and facilities are outstanding. However, the parking garage is frustrating. I parked and gave up an end spot to a man who needed a handicap accessible spot as he was in a wheelchair van. There were not enough handicapped spots. We then went to the elevator and I noticed he couldn't access the elevator as the entrance door to the elevator room was not automatic. It was the same story with the ground floo... read more
We went in for a short, simple outpatient visit and it was all it was supposed to be, short and simple. Along the way God blessed us with the opportunity to pray for another family and child. It turned out to be just as satisfying and calming for us as it was for the other parents. God is with us.
Usually i love it! Was there yesterday for my daughters MRI when I handed recovery nurse valet ticket she said we don't validate them anymore we only discount them. WTF, they tell you to valet and that it is free when they call to confirm. They have always validated my ticket, I take my daughter for an MRI every 3-6 months and this is the first time I hear this. As far as all of the staff there form reception to Dr's they are #1 in my heart! Especially Casey the child services woman.
Been here since Friday and wont b leaving till Monday the nurses r great the weekend staff rocks
Thank you Yale my son went through his first surgery yesterday and the nurse roma took such good care of him he was out the same day becuase of how great he responded yale team is absolutley amazing !!!!
It was pretty busy there a lot of sick kids but they got my seven-month-old in pretty quick the doctors were very nice she was diagnosed quickly and we got to leave overall it was a good experience very professional very quick my daughter is now feeling a lot better
