The doctors, nurses and ENTIRE support staff at Yale's Children's hospital are top notch! They have made this week truly as stress-free and comforting as it could possibly be! They communicated at all times and made sure we understood every move that was being made. There was not ONE moment I questioned whether we were in the correct place, or not! They clearly had my son's best interest (as well as mine and My daughter's) in mind at ALL times! I will be forever grateful for their care and attention throughout this ordeal!

There are good, caring people that work at Grimes. 4 out of 5 because nothing and nobody is perfect. But they come close to being perfect in how they treat, and help people move forward. A safe, clean, and positive environment. I would recommend Grimes to anyone who has the need of physical therapy and healthcare.
