The hospital staff was amazing! The way they treated our boy was great. We had no choice but to valet out car and they broke the key to my Mercedes so my car wouldn't start because of the anti-theft. Anybody who knows anything about cars knows that's about a$500 key. There were 2 adults and 2 children stuck in new haven and 1 was after sedation. Not cool ynh valet!!! I want to know who the Hell is going to reimburse me for a key and a tow for my car???!!!

Waited A while But Doctor Was Great With My Grandson
Every time I bring my son Marquet they know what he needs, they take good care of him. Everybody explain everything they going to do for him. I love the staff. Thank U Yale New Haven Children Hospital.
We have always had a great experience at Yale! My daughter had open heart surgery 3 years ago by Dr. Kopf. We spent 4 days there and everyone including the staff was wonderful and supportive. Our daughter still meets with Dr. Friedman once a year and we just love him! We are so grateful for our experience.
Cafeteria closed to early. My only complaint Otherwise staff. The best
