As far as the tonsil surgery for my daughter it was great just a bit of a wait not a problem, but if you're divorced and not an intact family like me it's bullshit cause they fight you to validate your ticket and don't tell you they only do one ticket per family till after you are there guess they're that hard up for money and look at the dads as douchebags who don't matter like the state of Connecticut! Doctor John Reach and the Yale Staff exceeded all expectations. Couldn't ask for more knowledgable, professional, and kind people for my 17 year old daughter's ankle surgery. I would like to personally thank each and every one we met at Yale Children's Hospital for their outstanding work!!!!
