Absolutely terrible if dr Fincham or Dr Miller se how it is run now they would be horrified receptionist one week taking blood the next and not a very nice atmosphere and to be honest it smells and looks dirty think it's time to change
Saw two people today, Tash on reception and Caroline for a blood test. Wow, both amazing, very user friendly and a credit to your Surgery. Very, very well done.
Outstanding practice with highly professional staff. Everyone is so kind, responsive and efficient. This is particularly laudable when GP surgeries face unprecedented demands. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly commend this practice to any patient.
I haven't been able to see a Doctor for over 3 years, always get palmed off with the paramedic, it's very much a case of if your face fits you will get an appointment. P.Mulock.
