When I was looking to buy an engine they couldn't have been more helpful, however year on year when trying to book in a service, firstly to ensure all is good for us to go out in the sea but secondly to meet the warranty requirements I've never experienced a company that makes it so difficult, phone calls unanswered, emails not responded to, and then when finally speaking to someone the promise of an immediate quote with a quick turnaround for the service and no quote or email to follow bitterly disappointed with the service... read more
