I've heard this company does great work, but unless they call me back, I'll never find out if that's true. I've called multiple times, first for a quote(which I finally got), then to set up an appt. to do the work. Now I'm trying to find out why they missed the appt. It's hard to believe that, with this economy, this company is leaving customers hanging out to dry, inviting them to call a competitor. I'm not alone in this situation with this company.
