The only good thing they did was wrap the heavy stuff well. I was not happy at all with my move. They took over 6hrs when it should have been maybe 4hrs. They took to many breaks to go on their cell phones, smoke, litter outside and inside of the old place and the new place. Cost was WAY more than it should have been!!! My experience was not a very good one at all. I will not use them again!!

The movers showed up with no proper equipment (appliance dolly, ramp or lifting slings) in a rented U-Haul truck. The truck they rented was not big enough for my things so to avoid paying extra for a second trip, I had to pick and choose what I wanted them to put in the truck. They seemed annoyed/off-put by anything I suggested. They put packing tape directly on my appliances and left it there, which I then had to remove after they left. The movers showed up on time, they were careful and moved quickly despite the heat. They were friendly and professional. I am absolutely pleased wit the experience and would use them again and recommend them.
The movers showed up to my mothers home two hours late (they were scheduled to arrive for 9am and did not show until after 11am), and when they arrived they sat in their truck in the driveway for a good 10 minutes. When my mother went out to speak to them to see if everything was ok and to simply get this moving day on the way after being held up for two hours and not being able to reach the company - they were extremely rude, and unprofessional.
