Mark was super efficient, professional and such a lovely gentleman. He delivered a faultless finish while also being very accommodating with our circumstances and requests.
Came home from a holiday to find a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom. Mark and Simon were sent around to investigate it, and they were fantastic. They kept us well informed with what was happening/what they were doing , were quick and professional, and made a stressful situation far easier.
Massive thanks to the Xtra team for attending out of hours to secure our office door after it was ripped off in the wind! The team attended promptly, were really helpful and managed to get everything secured before a final repair was made!
