Never would I have thought that cancelling an Xsport member because I moved would be a huge hassle. I have called representatives about information, waiting for 15 mins or longer each time, and inquiring different information from different reps each time just to be charged 2 months and a maintenance fee so far. Never will I ever enroll in this gym or refer this gym to friends/family. Later the same day ---Mike from Corporate got in contact with me, he was able to help the issues I was having with Xsport. Good location in lake View. Friendly stuff and clean. NO pool.
So far so good. I love the fact that it's open 24/7 so you can go anytime. There are tons of machines so there's no wait time for a machine. And the staff are friendly. I've read a lot of bad reviews but I'm not gonna let it discourage me. I am on a mission to lose weight get fit and be healthy and as long as this place has the equipment I am all in �
