When I went to close the plan with the gym the person who answered me offered me the plan with extra classes for $ 50 more and said that if I did not like it I could cancel until November 16 not to be charged next month. I only used the extra class once and on November 13th I canceled my extra plan, including handing out my card. I went to check my bank account this month and I was charged the $ 50 of the extra classes even though I canceled on time. This place is a scam. They tell you that you can call corporate to cancel services then corporate will say “no you are obligated” then continue charging you. Their staff doesn’t like to handle customers. They just say “call corporate”. They don’t reach any solution to benefit the people who go there they only want to benefit off of your money no matter what.
Hands down the best xsport location ever! Staff greets you everytime and trainers are amazing!

I personally like this location better than Pipers ally. The staff is helpful and genuinely happy here. It’s also pretty clean which I like.
