Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I moved abroad and canceled my membership in July 2015. I was charged fees until April 2016 After months of sporadic replies to constant emails with Betty Andrews a portion of money has been refunded. I asked her for a another contact to get the remaining money refunded because she refused to help me and I haven't received a reply since May. Please don't waste your time with this gym.
I love the equipment and the classes, however the place is very warm
Any idea when you guys will be getting back the row machines? One was out of service for quite some time and I saw today that now both are gone. I asked two people behind the desk about it and they didn't know even they were gone.
I've been a member at Xsport for years and considering how cheap it is I don't have much to complain about. However, my schedule has forced me to work out in the morning now meaning I have to shower and get ready in their newly remodeled locker room. I will not be I renewing my membership here for the simple fact that their showers are filthy and don't get cleaned on a regular basis.
