Friendly people, Zee (Zimbalist Griffin) is a great trainer.
There is always room for improvement. I've been a member for 9 years. The one thing that has changed is that staff has now been shifting (higher turnover rate) or changing. Before you had a grace period to pay the fee, now you don't. Before staff lasted on the job and members knew the workers, now they don't. However, i still like working out there. If ur looking to enjoy ur own comfort zone while working out this is the place to do so. There's more than enough to workout with but it sucks that there's no other amenities for being a premier club.
I’m extremely disappointed, it was extremely easy to subscribe to a member ship! (took less than 5 minutes). Since I moved out of Chicago I have to cancel my membership and it’s start to get complicated... I have been waiting for 28 minutes over the phone!! Finally got a hold of someone who did not apologise for the huge wait, and I have been told they cannot cancel my membership over the phone... I have to send a formal letter in order to cancel it.. Not to mention this location is overcrowded...
