It's sad to see how this place has slowly been going downhill. if it wasn't enough that: - the staff doesn't enforce the use of masks (many members walk around and work out with with masks lowered), - there is minimal to no cleaning of equipment from staff (most members don't bother to wipe down machines after they use them) -the men's bathroom is just as dirty as it was pre-pandemic (garbage containers overflowing) -minimal social distance during busy times when they supposedly have members schedule workouts -Today, the ent... read more

They just charge your card even though they aren’t open for business. No online dispute or cancel process. They want you to come in person, during a pandemic, to cancel what they shouldn’t have charged you.
The XSPORT Lakeview (Ashland location) just opened up due to COVID-19.The surprising thins is that management is not taking care the safety of the members. How come at 5 AM there are no paper towels available in most of the dispensers for us members clean the equipment. How come the signs in the machines that aer not available to be used are moved or on the floor. A COVID nightmare! Today there were three employees hanging out behind the front counter but I did not see a single one walking around telling customers to respect social distancing and/or wear their mask appropriately. Many of the customers wear their mask halfway down their face, not covering their nose, some with their mask halfway covering their mouth, and many take their mask off completely to do their sets! Would not recommend for those trying to avoid getting sick. Truly a high-risk environment.
I was standing patiently waiting to be noticed at the smoothie bar while the two young ladies at the front desk where dancing and recording themselves. I wish this page would let me post the video that I came across.
The gym is literally falling apart. Busted, broken, tiles on the walls. Busted, collapsing tiles in the hallway, equipment to being maintained. Inefficient ventilation in the locker rooms, constant staff turn over. I have brought all this to the attention of the staff. Excuses, excuses. Nothing is ever done about it.
they will over charge you and the customer service is the worst. I will stay on the line for hours for them to answer me and they dont even assist you good. they over charged me 3 times my bank went crazy. this is the worst customer service and all they like to do is over charge people
