Filing a complaint against XSport Fitness Piper's Alley for LOSING my medical information and turning me away after I came all the way from Skokie for assistance and refusing to freeze my account as requested. Next step court? I think so . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH SOME OF THESE PEOPLE AND ITS CLEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT IN THEIR TRAINING.
It was okay. Need gym police to write tickets for guys with B O. How you gonna goto the gym ripe. No good.
I'm only going to this location because my trainer Anthony Canela transferred here.. so it's 3☆ because I'd like it to be closer to home... if you're looking for a trainer Anthony is the MAN.. he does an excellent boxing Xit class too.. Xit needs new straps or allow the members to purchase their own.. or maybe get a different heart rate system.. lol.. but really Anthony needs a raise ..
Someone named Will signed me up for personal training and lied about the price. He made me think the total was a one time fee when in fact it was a monthly fee for 5 months. He also failed to mention that I had 3 days to cancel. He also pressure me. I called a week later and was unapologetically told I had to call corporate who told me I can't cancel due to the three day cancellation policy no one told me about! For crying out loud, I only called 1 week after signing up. Shady practices. Beware!
The trainer Donnie Schladt was the worst and just plain rude. I went there one time and thats all it took was one time. I started going to the State street store after that experience which was 2 months ago. From the reviews I've seen, looks like nothings changed. Seems like its getting worse. I guess they don't care about the person, just their money!
