Paid for a two membership upfront in January right before the COVID lockdowns. I cancelled my membership during the lockdowns (the gym was obviously closed) and tried to get a refund but the staff has told me in order to do so I must call the corporate number. I have called no less than five time over the last month and cannot get a response (emailed multiple times with no response too). I'm continuing to get the runaround from sales and management staff about cancelling my private training contract signed just before the pandemic hit. After signing me up because they "care about my health goals," it is UNBELIEVABLE that they would be so unsympathetic during this time. When I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the gym, I went in to speak to a manager.
