I loved every inch of this place words can't describe how good i felt leaving there i live 40min away and wanted a different experience and it was definitely worth the ride I'd go everyday if my schedule allowed it
I enrolled at the end of 2013 and then I had to cancel my membership due to health issues. The charges to my credit card stopped in January 2014 and in SEPTEMBER 2017, almost 4 years later, they started with monthly charges again and they are telling my credit card is based on that contract signed in 2013. I am not living in Chicago since 2015, this is ridiculous. I really feel they do not care about you at all and it is just your money it does not matter if you are a member or not. I will have to take this further to end it

The good part about this gym is thats it's clean all the equipment works really well and theres alot to workout with the only downfall is when it comes to prime time good luck with enjoying ur own comfort zone.
Treadmills sucked ass I got on three and the belts where worn out. Every time I stepped I thought I was going to fall because it would stick with every step. The equipment was dirty machines that had the little air vents to keep you cool on the machine had so much dust you’d probably choke if a dust ball hit you while working out. Xsport is a huge company that has millions of members for what they pay I’d expect the club to be top notch.
