The only reason I am giving them 1 star, is because I can't give them 0. I came in to sign up, and Tony, the sales rep that was there helping me was absolutely terrible, such a disgrace to be in customer service. Basically telling me personal training was only option, which I told him I didn't want to do. When I asked him if I could look around at the gym or work out for day to see if It was what I wanted, he turned me down. Recent equipment upgrades help. Like most XSport a functional club, but fancy. It's over due for makeover. I will be moving to their new east Lakeview location next month.
A little small but if you go at right time,great. I really enjoy the hot tub
This is by far the best gym I have ever joined! There very clean,respectful and the quality of machines, employees just the over all place and people are great!
