I've been going for years- on and off LOL! They are always improving the equipment and adding new classes! Plus the trainers are awesome and the staff is friendly!
I've been going for five years and it just keeps getting worse. The Trainers / salespeople are often rude, unkempt, and have often told me to go online when I've had a simple question. The gym is constantly in a state of repair or dirty. the locker rooms aren't clean, the paper towel holders / soap dispensers are always broken, there are only two water fountain locations, my lock has been cut twice and my wallet stolen within the last year alone and they don't do anything to improve security. Amazing as always. Clean. Plenty of equipment. Friendly staff and great results!
Staff are fucking assholes my payment was barely due today( although when. I got the upgrade the lady I talked to said it would be due the 7th, like how hard is your fucking job?) and refused to let me workout while at other locations I've been told there's a 3 day grace period. Like you were just being an ass hole for no reason
