Friendly enough & fairly quick, but any stubborn dirt is still there at the end 'cos they don't take enough care. Speed is their main concern. They never lift wipers (unless told) so it's not possible to clean windows properly like that. Wipers themselves are not even washed, so dirty wipers make dirty windows. If your vehicle is grubby, they're ok but take a really dirty car elsewhere.
Friendly enough. But quality leaves something to be desired. Often areas missed, wiper blades never lifted, marks left on windows. All because they try to be too quick. If I wanted the car simply wetting I wouldn't pay for that.
