I love this gym! I just started 3 months ago and I have found the entire team onsite to be super positive and encouraging. They have a large range if classes with all fitness levels. Really happy I found this gem of a gym �
I joined here a lil over a year ago to loose weight to have knee replacement. I have lost almost 50 lbs . Gym is convenient and most people are very friendly. I have had my knee done and now back to continue my weight loss .
Going to Xpress and working out other David literally saved my life, even though some of those workouts are only for the tough!!!
I have been training with David for a while and a member of the gym for around two years. I love the gym and the personal training!!
