Amazing place to workout. Never feel uncomfortable, staff is open and friendly. Every week I take time to learn a new piece of equipment. 28 lbs. lost and counting. THEY NOW HAVE WIFI!!!!
Good place
When I first started with Xpress, I was in pretty bad shape. Depression. Diabetes. I couldn't even bench 100lbs !.it didn't happen overnight but I am stronger,healthier and happier. At 41 years young I am actually in better shape than when I was a teenager! I can actually bench my body weight.! Thanks Xpress Fitness for giving me a second wind in life!
