The owner, David Clonts and staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been a member for 7 years. Very convenient location, open 24/7, even on the holidays. A variety of strength training and cardio equipment available. Yoga, Zumba, spin and several other classes available. Equipment is well taken care of and the gym is kept clean. If you are looking for a family friendly environment small enough you don't feel lost or overwhelmed then this is the perfect gym for you.
