Nice and comfortable once you walk in you get into a workout zone
We were visiting from Canada and looking for some group fitness classes. They have a wide variety at Express. We did spin, Zumba and restorative yoga. The instructors were great and we got a good workout for free. Their five dollar drop in free is an amazing deal. We will definitely go again before we leave.
