Recommendedat first I was very intimidated of a gyms but when I went to Express Fitness it was very friendly and welcoming and I definitely recommend trying it. The classes are great 💪
Best gym - love the staff, love the classes, variety of machines, equipment, variety of classes. A class for every level of fitness. Good times for classes. Plenty of trainers. Plenty of helpful people with smiling faces. Good childcare. Convenient. Good prices. Very clean facility
The staff is great and knowledgeable! Great place to workout with 24/7 access. The only gym in the area that will put on a competition (FREE) for the members every year that brings all of us together for a day of fun and food. No one here makes you feel out of place and everyone is helpful. Keep it up XF!!!!
