Recommendedat first I was very intimidated of a gyms but when I went to Express Fitness it was very friendly and welcoming and I definitely recommend trying it. The classes are great 💪

RecommendedThe staff is great and knowledgeable! Great place to workout with 24/7 access. The only gym in the area that will put on a competition (FREE) for the members every year that brings all of us together for a day of fun and food. No one here makes you feel out of place and everyone is helpful. Keep it up XF!!!!
