We have been going to XOCO for several years, mostly when it is cold outside. Everything we have had is wonderful. We tried the Carnitas soup this time and it was fantastic. Not too spicy and extremely tasty. We cannot leave without the churros with chocolate sauce. Amazing.
Good food, fairly fast service. we were seated at a tiny counter (the only thing they had available) which made it hard to eat. I would come back though.
Such a great place with efficient service and take out options for when Frontera Grill or Topo are not an option. Their Tlayudas are awesome!
Churro came before torta. Thought someone was looking into it when I asked about torta. 10 minutes later I flag down host seating people. She takes my receipt, I assume to rush my torta. Another 10 minutes pass and I ask for a refund. Manager processes refund. After 40 minutes, as manager is bringing back my receipt, torta arrives. I ordered golden with bacon. There's no bacon. We stayed across the street and the first time we went it was so delicious we had to go back two more times over a long weekend! Everything we tried was superb and fresh!
Chicken meat was poor grade!
