Je mag hier niks aan het personeel vragen als ze samen staan te praten. Je wacht maar rustig tot ze klaar zijn, anders word het je wel duidelijk gemaakt dat je maar gewoon ff wacht.

Grumpy old lady nagging us how we want to pay for our purchase. We decided to use the selfcheckout cause we only have few items and she was grumpy telling us to go to the kassa with the long line cause its faster she said but we decided for the self checkout cause there was no line And when it was our turn it called to control so we waited and she nag us and told us this is how you call us all the time I told you but you did not listen to me 😅 It was not our fault the machine ask for control If I could do the control myself... read more

Wat een mooie, opgeruimde en sfeervolle Xenos winkel, je gaat de trap op en wat een enorm assortiment. Zeker een bezoekje waard

Wees voorbereid op het feit dat je bedrogen wordt en geen geld terug krijgt, ik kreeg 15 euro op de kassabon die ik niet gekocht had, de service adviseerde me om contact op te nemen met de winkel, toen ik naar de winkel ging werd de verkoopster boos en zei dat ze het niet begreep en niet kon helpen, en adviseerde me om de kassabon te controleren zonder de kassa te verlaten, dit is de service
