I can't speak of the normal accountancy department but please avoid the liquidation department at all costs. I was promised and convinced by Derek that everything would go smoothly and work out just the way he described and after they were recommended by a friend I thought I was in good hands but exactly the opposite. They have left me nothing but empty promises and debt after i approached them for help with the debt after covid. Disappointing experience overall. While some individual staff members were responsive, it was clear that my business, a smaller limited company with a turnover in the low hundreds of thousands, was not a priority for them. Communication was sporadic, and I waited over 10 months to receive my accounts. If you're a smaller business, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a firm that can offer the attention and timeliness you’d reasonably expect.
